Payment: We accept payment through credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. We recommend purchasing sessions in multiples of 4 to promote consistent and worthwhile student-tutor connections.   • Am I able to pay my tutor directly?
    Please do not pay our tutors directly, as their wages are processed internally and their taxes are coordinated accordingly.
  • How does online tutoring work at Nucleus?
    At Nucleus Tutoring, we conduct our tutoring sessions through Zoom, Google Docs, and other great resources. Our tutors utilize these tools to provide online tutoring services to students. With our flexible scheduling, we can work with our students at times that work best with them and their comfort. We believe that these online resources provide a convenient and effective way to connect with students and help them achieve their academic goals.
  • When and how do I pay?
    Payment must be received before the first session either through credit card or Paypal, and payment is invoiced through our site. You will receive an invoice or receipt of services purchased after consultation. We typically bill either once or month or as necessary as deemed by you.   • How many tutoring sessions are usually given per month?
    We recommend the creation of a fixed, weekly schedule to grow a lasting foundational student-tutor connection as it has been proven to improve student performance exponentially.   • What's your cancellation/refund policy?
    Every non-packaged service given entitled to a 100% money back guarantee, meaning that if you're not 100% satisfied with your session, Nucleus is happy to talk with you about improving our services or to give you a refund. Refund requests must be sent within 7 days of the session to info@nucleustutoring.com. Packaged services are able to be fully refunded if requested before the second session, afterwards the packages are nonrefundable. Lessons cancelled by students are non-refundable, but are entitled to a makeup session if they're cancelled within 24 hours of the session. If a student is 10 minutes late to a session, our tutor may assume the session is cancelled and the student will still be billed the full amount with no makeup guarantee.
